What are Certified Flooring Inspectors?

certified flooring inspectors

Certified Flooring Inspectors are trained floor covering specialists. They perform examination and testing on one or more types of floor covering products and installations.

Nationally Recognized Certified Flooring Inspectors

Not all flooring inspectors are the same. 1. Some inspectors are not only certified, they are qualified experts. 2. There also are inspectors have a certification and still not qualified experts. The Weinheimer Group is in the first group, not only do they hold certifications, they are experts. They have performed many thousand inspections from single family homes to large commercial and residential complexes. They are a member of NICFI The National Institute of Certified Floorcovering Inspectors.

What They Do

Nationally recognized experts Terry Weinheimer and Kevin Weinheimer perform onsite testing and evaluate residential and commercial floor covering. Products tested include hardwood, bamboo, laminate, carpet, luxury vinyl, and resilient floor covering.

The Weinheimer Group looks forward to serving you. Our normal service area is Oregon and Washington. If you are outside of this area and the job is not large enough to make cost effective, we may recommend another inspector.

The Weinheimer Group encourages commissioning parties to inquire as to an inspectors training and certification prior to engaging their service.

Terry Weinheimer and/or Kevin Weinheimer are certified flooring inspectors. Trained and/or certified by a number of flooring industry organizations such as NFIC, WFCA, IICRC, NICFI, CFI and NWFA. To keep abreast of industry changes, they continue to participate in industry courses and seminars.
